FORUMS ARE BACK BABY! - Welcome To Lazy Film Club

Welcome to Lazy Film Club.

Most of us film nerds—people who shoot a lot of film, develop or print at home, run small new-gen labs, or even have full professional setups—grew up learning from internet forums. There used to be so many of them back in the day.

Those old forums were absolute goldmines of information about chemistry, film stocks, cameras, lenses, darkrooms, and everything in between. Because passionate people generously shared their knowledge in the open, we’re lucky enough to be experiencing this new wave of film photography today.

But while those forums are still full of gems, many have lost their context in today’s world—especially in India. It’s time for a new generation of experts, tinkerers, lab owners, and passionate hobbyists to share what they know and help educate our growing film photography community.

Getting Started

  • Introduce yourself! Add a profile picture, tell us a bit about yourself, your interests, and what you love shooting. What’s one thing you’d like to be known for?

  • Browse existing discussions. You’ll probably find someone who’s already obsessing over the exact thing you’re interested in. If you enjoy a post, don’t forget to give it a .

  • Share your work. Start a new thread and tag it with Portfolio and Showcase so it appears in your profile’s portfolio section.

  • Join the conversation. Ask questions, share your experiences, offer feedback, or help someone who’s just getting started.

Whether you’re shooting your first roll or your thousandth, you’re welcome here.

Let’s keep film alive together.
